The curb, easement, and yard on and around this corner lot are completely covered in leaves. The sidewalk and curb are completely covered causing a significant safety hazard when walking on the sidewalk and trying to cross the street. The storm drain is completely blocked and choked with leaves, debris, and trash. The leaves have not been removed in years.
