Description

A slate blue Dodge Stratus has been sitting in this location for over a month. The driver door isn't latched because of damage to the front quarter panel. The State Inspection and Registration are also set to expire at the end of this month (May 2016). The front license plant is also missing, which I believe is a requirement if a car is registered in Virginia.
