Need more information for this report. Where was picture taken? Checked the area but didn't find it. Also there is no 600 Cardinal Medeiros. Any additional information would be helpful. Thanks

This is the corner between Lilac Ct. and Cardinal Medeiros, near the Lilac Ct. sign. The yard for the unit on that corner has a lot of junk stored behind the fence which can be seen sticking out beneath it along Cardinal Medeiros, possibly providing harborage for the rats. These burrows were close to the sidewalk in what would be the "front" yard for that first unit on Lilac Ct.

Burrow has not reopened but yard shows signs of activity and a code case will be started to enforce extermination
