A hand trigger to activate the walk signal at MacArthur Boulevard and Lakeshore Avenue is broken.

This is the hand trigger for the west side MacArthur Boulevard crossing on a pedestrian "island" located on the south-west quadrant of this intersection. This trigger is broken.
