Description

Homeless encampment in breezeway of the US post office on NE corner of Geary x 21st Av.e. They are storing sleeping bags in the newspaper racks on Geary Ave. I witnessed a male urinate in a cup and throw it on the sidewalk. Must not be tolerated!!
