I've attempted to make contact with the "company" behind this 'donation bin' location and another of theirs located on Crescent Street without success. Enforcement action will now be taken against the property owners whereupon these bins are located. Neither company (property owner) has ever consented to the placement of either of these 2 bins and wish to have them removed. I'll update on the status of these particular donation bins as soon as possible. Thank you.

Over leaving over dozen voice messages and e-mails to the "company" that owns the green "donation bins" at these 2 particular locations, I will immediately begin to commence escalated nuisance enforcement action straight-away on Tuesday, May 31st, 2016.

I appreciate your patience as I work on getting these nuisance donation bins on Centre and Crescent Streets abated as soon as possible.

This particular company has become very responsive to my frequent requests. They do regular daily pick-ups. I was successfully able to have the "other" donation bin company's bins removed from their locations at 664 Crescent Street and 720 Centre Street where they did not have permission from the property owners and were very negligent in the up-keep and cleaning of these 2 locations.

However, at this particular location at 554 Centre Street there are certain unknown parties that illegally dump overnight and sometimes within the hour after this company cleans and picks-up their donations at this location. On several days this week alone, unknown parties have been dumping twice a day. The Brockton Police Department and DPW/Refuse Department have both been notified.

We're currently working on a solution together with this donation bin company to address the nuisance/illegal dumping issues at this particular bin location on Centre Street as well as several others located around the City.
