Today at 11am there were 20 vehicles parked in a row, blocking the eastbound bike lane on Broadway before the Kay overcrossing/sports field driveway. One of these vehicles also had a dog locked inside by itself. The bike lane is narrow, so this means that the parked cars are also blocking the travel lane, forcing other car traffic into the oncoming lane in order to get past. A bike rider was hit and run by a driver at this very location last year. Please enforce the parking violations here to ensure that the bike lane remains clear and safe to use.
