Why would it have a Gas Heater That has not passed inspection in 3 years with 6 open violations? Why would it have a certificate of occupancy?

How could a 144,000 BTU heater heat a 52,000 cubic foot complex that has 18 bedrooms,12 bathrooms, living room, dining room, laundry room, full basement and a kitchen?

Where is the Oil Heater that went with this Oil Tank? The Building is missing one heater! A building this size needs at least 380,0000 BTU's to heat the complex!

Why does this Heater have Open violations? The town was aware that this heater hasn't pass inspection since 2013 and has done nothing.

The Heating Problem has been going on for 4 years ago.I have contacted the City and the State . This is a petition given to Mr. Rosenberg complaining about the heat.

OH,YEAH! I forgot to mention that this building used to be 2 buildings. They cobbled it together by adding this porch on the second floor. You can see there were two buildings.There were No Plumbing Permits to integrate the Water, Gas and Sewer Systems.There were No Electrical Permits to integrate the 2 buildings electrical systems.There was No architectural plans and absolutely NO OVER SIGHT BY THE KEARNY BUILDING CODE DEPARTMENT.
