YES!!!! This intersection is one of the more dangerous intersections in Virginia Beach. Traffic coming from the Holland/Independence split are moving at high speeds around a large curve that cannot be judged appropriately before it's too late. Just way too much traffic - oncoming, crossing, and turning - to make crossing the intersection on your own quite the white-knuckled experience. I've had at least 3 near-accidents myself there.
