Description

Today, it took me 30 minutes to make a left on Howard st from Fremont and a left on 1st Street. Having SFMTA personnel on intersection of 1st and Howard and 1st and Folsom is useless if they're not enforcing the law. Motorist still block intersections despite their presence. Also, motorists block from Howard st block the intersection making it impossible for those on Fremont to make a left turn. The city should ban parked cars on the left side of Howard between Fremont and 1st to free up a lane for local traffic; residents who live in along 1st street as opposed to motorists who are lining up to get on 80/Bay Bride and can't make a left turn because 1st street traffic is spilling into intersections.
