Has Houston thought about asking the Texas Transportation Institute at Texas A&M to do a study about traffic light timing downtown? I did a project while I was there, a one second timing delay adds to the traffic backup exponentially.

Work Order Completed in Infor by 129780 on 2016-06-08T07:36:47.000-05:00 with comments - When the new downtown timing was put into place due to spacing it was not possible to make every street progress without stops. Texas has stops to allow major north/south streets to be progressed with minimal stops in the am peak.
