Hi, today I went to the Target in Emeryville at 2:15pm and there was a lady with a boy around the age of 5-7 years old. She was begging, had a sign, so I pulled over to talk to her to ask her why her child doesnt go to school and she said he doesnt go because of ID. I was wondering if you could do a wellness check and give her some information about services in the area. I would appreciate if could talk to the boy and make sure everything is okay.
