Description

While the front of the lot is maintained, the back of the lot has been deserted. Poison Ivy rages near the alley fence line. A shed has rusted on the sides and part of the roofing missing entirely. There are tires left in the yard that trees have grown through but still pose a threat for shallow water collection and thus a breeding ground for dangerous virus carrying mosquitoes. There's a refrigerator and an abandoned riding lawn mower in along the back edge of the house as well where the gutter has fallen from the roof. Paint is peeling on the rear and sides. Lastly, the fence on the west side of the property is in very bad shape and looks as if it needs to be replace as it may have sections missing.
