i am seeing so many answers from the town stating if it is not visible from the road we need to take a better look at this i have been a resident 48 years and see the constant changes in the upkeep of property Windsor when i moved here went house to house and never allowed homes or yards to be in the condition they are now we need to implement a fine for unkempt property and that should tell home owners they need to take more pride in their property. Windsor homes off of park avenue have depreciated greatly living next too people who do not keep their property up it is deplorable that we have to pay high taxes and live next to neighbors who have no pride in property or themselves.
I would like to see the town institute new laws regarding upkeep of property when the next town council meeting comes up it should be brought forward on changing some of the bylaws regarding unkempt property and allowing debris such as leaves and branches should not be allowed it creates a home for ticks an mosquitoes and rodents. Windy days your neighbors debris is on your property honestly to you think this is right?

Holiday weekend gone by no attempt to clean this area up had company every one commented on the weeds and debris from sage park school what does it take to get it cleaned up dog walkers all commenting about over grown weeds in back of sage park and the town wants a increase in taxes really! Lawnmower goes by but does not touch weeds only the front of sage park school is being taken care off weeds growing through fence to private property this needs to be escalated to the proper authorities and have them clean it up once and for all weeds need to be cut sprayed so they don't keep on coming back. a very unhappy Windsor resident.

WEEDS CUT TODAY BUT DEBRIS JUST LAYING THERE NEEDS TO BE RAKED THEN SPRAYED SO THEY DON'T COME BACK, HOPEFULLY THEY WILL MAINTAIN THIS AREA ON A REGULAR BASIS AND NOT LET IT GET BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS.......

tree has not been cut down as promised last year grew inside of fence hangs over in school yard cause not keeping school yard cut it grew through fence said when school was not in session it would be cut down still waiting no school in session. One year still waiting.

This area is scheduled to be cleaned up by mid August.
