Description

There is a huge dump bin dropped in the middle of the road (A main road that is only 15 feet wide) that a resident is using the renovate his back yard. This is a main road that leads to a whole neighborhood right past it. The bin has been here the entire week and numerous residents and guests have almost hit it, because of how narrow the road is and the fact that it is black in color with no light on the road at night.
