I would like to make sure the owner follows through. He has known of this wall failure for several years. Why has this not been corrected by him before now? How will you assure the neighbors that the owners fixes the collapsing wall?

Please keep on this. How long until the owner must respond? The wall has been failing for years and the owner has not paid it any attention. Is the owner local or out of town?
