Description

The city needs to put up a DO NOT BLOCK INTERSECTION sign on Pennsylvania heading south where it intersects Pierpont. When people are coming off of Pierpont and want to turn left onto Pennsylvania it is near impossible because cars are constantly blocking the intersection and think it is alright to stop under the light. The timing of this light and the one where Penn ends into Cedar street needs to be addressed as this is an ongoing issue and it is now made worse by Aurelius being closed off heading into Holt and Cedar Street being down to one lane where it goes under the I-96 overpass. I have had to sit at this light for well over 5 minutes waiting to turn left and people coming south on Penn seem to think they have the right of way even though there light is clearly RED because they have all stopped in and blocked the intersection for anyone wanting to turn left off Pierpont
