Is this legal? Vehicles parking on the sidewalk

Leave this open. Anytime anyone from the Parking Division woukd like to stop by there are always vehicles parked illegally on the corner of Ellsworth Avenue and Chapel Street. Cars are PARKED ON THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF 1613 CHAPEL STREET!

Residents in the apartment building at 1613 Chapel Street continue to park on the sidewalk in front of this building. Is this legal? Why aren't these vehicles ticketed?

Vehicles are still parking on the sidewalk. Is the driveway legal? Nothing has been done about this yet, it's been MONTHS!

Thank you Doug! Vehicles are constantly parking in the "No Parking Zone" on Ellsworth Avenue across the street from the corner store on Chapel Street. This causes a hazard for vehicles that attempt to turn from Chapel Street onto Ellsworth Avenue. When cars are parked illegally it leaves no room for vehicles to turn onto the adjacent street

Although I am closing this issue we will still patrol the area, and an issue tickets to all vehicles found in violation.
