Description

The stormwater drain has overflowed --- again -- and water is covering the sidewalks. This drain overflows all the time. Please, please check to make sure the drain has not collapsed or that roots are not inside blocking it. Has been cleaned several times but continues to overflow--- only at this address (not across the street or at other drains on street). Currently, water is over the curb and onto city sidewalk!!
