Description

I know there are tons of potholes in the city but I wanted to let you know of a growing one that is about to swallow up a car soon.

It's on the western corner of Carpenter St as it's about you come up the the stop sign on 18th Street.

Additionally, there are a few holes on 18th Street around the corner from Carpenter St.

Well, 628 S. 18th St. is nowhere near Carpenter; it's near Bainbridge St., which is where it's showing on the map. My guess is that you got the addresses wrong and it's really the 931 S. 18th where the pothole is. Hope the Streets department (and Philly 311) have ESP in order to figure it out.
