Description

The Pedestrian signal for the crosswalk on the east side of 15th and New York NW is behaving strangely. It is counting down, holding a walk countdown, going to don't walk for a second, then jumping back up to walk. Please see video at https://goo.gl/photos/E5sKYJ8HhdA24teH9 .
