It helps to also contact the call center this will get someone out there a little quicker.

That whole area is a regular mess... the house on the corner puts their crap on the sidewalk or lawn and other Hamilton Place residents leave their garbage cans on the sidewalk permanently. How many complaints does it take to have someone size up the whole street?
