Q. What is the actual problem being encountered?
A. Both residences 832 and 834 West 33rd Street are constantly playing EXTREMELY LOUD music. I know I cannot open my windows for air, I have to listen to my TV really loud to drown out the noise. I cannot sit in knot yard and enjoy it or have friends over or have an event at my home because of them. This goes for anyone living near these homes. For 832 this had been an ongoing problem for 3 years now. 834, the cottage in the back has not been occupied but since it has been they have also started playing their music every day. I call 912 ever day about this problem have been told it's not S priority the police can't do anything. Why do these residences have the right to ruin everyone else's quality of living? Fines have to be made or zoning for loud noise must be made. This is utter ridiculous. This is the kind of "neighbors" that ruin it for everyone.
