Description

There are big trash bags, debris, and tossed over furniture items on the 1st floor back porch. It looks very messy and unsanitary. The absentee owner does not provide routine maintenance, so tenants continue to keep the area in a big mess. This is an on-going concern. Please resolve immediately.
