SINK HOLE(S) IN R.O.W. AT ADDRESS 190 LOCATED AT MID-POINT BETWEEN MILBOX AND FIRE HYDRANT. TWO HOLES APPROX 3 FEET APART, WITH LARGEST IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT PAVEMENT( PEDESTRIAN HAZARD) AND SECOND SLIGHTLY ABOVE FIRST IF LOOKING TOWARD THE RESIDENCE.
