The illegal trash is still there; it does little good to report this 3 days ago and have a message that it is "under review". The illegal trash which was out since Friday and, obviously, all weekend, and not good for the image of the neighborhood, will be "legal" by tonight, as the trash is picked up Tuesday morning. There needs to be a better system of immediate, or at least, timely action. Not just being referred. The Click Fix system may be overwhelming the agencies, including the Department of General Services (please use the department's full name(s), not just initials, so the average citizen knows what agency is responsible) --so perhaps another system or some reorganization is needed.

This property has been inspected, no violations were found at this time.

There way no need to inspect a property and use staff time when there was no inspection and citsation PRIOR to the day when trash was picked up in the neighborhood (Tuedasy mornings). See statement above dated 5/16. Why waste staff time when you knew that the trash was there for 4 days (illegally), without a response, when it was picked up on the regular day??
