Description

The Pedestrian signals for the north and south crosswalks were dropping 14 seconds from the "Don't Walk" phase (from 22 to 7). Video of north crosswalk available here: https://goo.gl/photos/QkPc9VfXtA1A1Ayd8 . A video of the south crosswalk is here: https://goo.gl/photos/Ji2WX7PB5g4PSxo8A . The south crosswalk ped signal also isn't showing a "Walk" symbol. The videos were taken at 7:23p on 5/13. When I passed again at 8:45p, the countdowns appeared to be functioning properly.
