Occupied, indeed. You see, that's really the whole issue. The sidewalk is not navigable, especially for folks covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Of course, I'm forced to re-open the case, as it's not really closed (nothing's been done). Everything's worse today than when reported over 30 days ago. The sad part is, you actually have cleared the sidewalk in the past (April, after about 30 days of complaints). I'm attaching a picture to show you what the sidewalk looks like when it's clear, juxtaposed with an image of what it looks like tonight (Monday, August 22nd). When you clear the sidewalk of trash, needles, human waste, and stolen bicycles, and restore public right of way, I'll thank you for closing the case. Not until.
