the owners are responsible. Bigger issues come first. Fix it yourseld. You knew it was there when you moved in. I do not work for the town thank you

i guess the correct statement would be that the ditches are town property according to plan maps and highway dept. thanks for your 2 cents

If only someone would answer the problem instead of politicing

When I tried to fill the ditches all of a sudden the town had specs. for piping,drains and junction boxes.This should not fall on the homeowner, especially when the problem lies on town property

577 days since original post and 6 years of dealing with town prior . Still no response . It's not going away ! People's cellars get flooded ,the roadway gets flooded ,and it's a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Oh and the projected value of properties are decreasing in this development for the sixth consecutive year! Thanks again for your lack of service.
