Clean this up and remove the homeless. Excuses are tiring

PW's lies again. Someone needs to be held accountable for closing issues that are not done. The city does not want to deal with the homeless, so they will close every encampment issue without addressing the issue Or maybe they are told to do so, it seem like these encampments are never addressed until the pressure is put on.
