Description
Branches from a large pine tree in my neighbor's front yard overhang my roof. This causes pine needles to collect in a valley on my roof, weaking the integrity of the shingles. Roots from the same tree are causing my driway to lift and become uneven, causing water to flow towards my foundation. The tree is located appoximately 3 ft. from my driveway.
