Staff has requested Duke Energy reduce the wattage of the two closest street lights across from 1913 Glenwood Ave. Duke will also make other modifications that should greatly reduce the light traveling onto private property. Traffic is an issue in this area, so this may have to be worked in shifts. We apologize for this inconvenience.
