either way, it needs to be fixed. Im pretty sure its power, and these street lights run on "back up" generators too (found that out during last Oct's blackout)

OK, time to humilate CL&P. I will call, can you? the phone number is listed in the city's acknowledgement with the case number. If it isn't fixed by Wednesday I think it is time to call Channel 3. I would prefer that you be the contact as you reported it. Please be prepared to talk about when it started and other times it has occurred. OK?
