there is a bar on this corner that plays music incredibly loud. yes, i know, bars play music, some are louder than we'd like. however, this bar is a block and a half away from my house and i can STILL hear music and feel bass vibrations in my house, windows closed, with white noise on, WITH earplugs. until 2 am. most nights. i've called the bar itself, 311, even the police when it is really bad, and tried calling the public nuisance task force (where i have never had an actual person answer the phone). is there anything that can be done?
