Series of potholes on southbound 28th Ave. between NE Everett and Couch. These are like driving over a washboard! These are from settled paving from a Loy Clark pipeline installation several years ago. DUE TO THE LOCATION IT FORCES BICYCLES OUT INTO TRAFFIC IN A NO PASSING AREA! I have witnessed many cars pulling over to check their tries! No doubt this is not very good on a cars shock absorbers and alignment.
