Yes, But it was not done during last construction season. This was acknowledged a year ago

We have sidewalk locations throughout the city waiting repairs. We first inspect and then temporarily repair/patch areas which may present a hazard.Then depending on the resources available for each construction season, we try to accommodate as many sidewalk repairs as we can. Thanks for your patience.

Just received another complaint/comment re this dangerous tripping hazard.
It was reported over a year ago.

It's been over a year since this was reported.and this still has not been repaired. The city tree is breaking through the temporary patch that was done several years ago. People have already tripped and fallen.
