The water quality within the Towngate neighborhood is poor. The water has a yellow tint and it is constantly clogging refrigerator filters. Filters that had typically lasted 6 months, have been rendered useless within 2 months of use. A recent repairman who came to my residence said it was an issue throughout Pembroke Pines. Can we have someone check the water quality within the reporting area (15770 to 15790 of NW 16th Court, PP, FL 33028?

Thank you for your quick response to the issue as outlined above. However, you mentioned in your closeout that the water is safe for consumption, but you do not indicate what is causing the yellow tint in the water nor do you address the issue regarding refrigerator water filters that are being rendered useless within two months. There is an obvious issue with sediment in the water that was not addressed. Can you please advise what a home owner should do to correct the noted issues.
