There is a vacant office building at 4600 Post Oak Place Dr, Houston, TX 77027 with a large pond in the back of the building. Water has collected for nearly a year now and it is not draining leading to a stagnant smell with turtles, frogs, snakes and other wildlife living near. Of even greater concern is the swarm of mosquitoes multiplying from this pool size body of stagnant water as well as the neglected underground parking area which also contains stagnant water.
