When will this issue be addressed by Zoning?

The SeeClickFix Alerts #2465388 case regarding 16 Bagwell Avenue is being closed. The vehicles are parking on pavers that have been maintained as a parking surface for a number of years prior to the UDO coming into effect. There is no violation at this point.

Even with the University between terms and the vast majority of students who in fact occupy those address at 7pm tonight the following address still had front lawn parking they are:
13 Bagwell, 24 Bagwell, 26 Bagwell. And should you visit the street and inspect the front of the homes listed you will note: ruts in the ground, trash in one, no grass in virtually all of them. It would be appreciated it the Zoning Dept. take a little time and re-address the street.

We are sending these to staff. Please note that staff must observe these violations. There are not enough resources in our zoning department to have staff sit at this location waiting for a violation. They will eventually catch these issues. Thanks for your patience.

20 Bagwell is unfounded. We found no vehicles parking in the front yard, they have expanded the driveway, which was permitted and approved. 13 Bagwell is unfounded. After researching the property, it has been determined that it is a duplex (and therefore not subject to the SRPOD regulations). The gravel driveway was installed prior 2013. The regulations pertaining to when it was legally installed (10-2017 B2b) were followed. We measured the front yard area and the driveway area. The driveway equals 46.7% of the total front yard area, the max for this property for the time it was installed was 50%.

We are still working on the other 6 properties on Bagwell. We have spoken with people at 30, 28, 26, and a notice of violation was sent to 26. Please let me know if you would like more information.

The property now has an expanded driveway and an active permit for the driveway.
