Just moved up the block. Now in front of village park. Same car.

The car is legally parked on the street. We will continue to monitor the car to see if it is an abandon vehicle.

Officer Ford - If you had tagged the car on Friday, could be towed today. It has been nearly 72 hours. Did not move all weekend. It has been parked somewhere on California for far more than 72 hours over the last week. As it is, this cyclist -- and many more -- had to go around it during morning commute. Is this what our parking policy is meant to allow? Long term free parking for Uber drivers?

The car was moved so it is not considered abandon. We will have to reprocess the vehicle. The car is legally parked.

I talked to the owner and he is going to move the vehicle today. He will park the limo at another location.

Evening commute highlights two facts: (1) the car is still there in spite of the assurance from the owner given to you and (2) cyclists (the first of whom is a good friend) have to go around this car -- dozens of them every day.
