The reported issue has been inspected and verified. The property owner has been issued a notice of violation that will be filed with Municipal Court for noncompliance with the City's trash screening & grass Ordinance. The pool violation could not be seen from the public right of way, therefore could not be verified. Thank you for keeping us informed!

This site is a joke. This house has been falling apart (at one time sewage draining in the yard) the yard and pool totally discusting. The pool has not been operational in at least 5 years. It has been reported numberous times to the city and on this site with no results.

If you are willing to allow an officer to access your backyard so that pool complaint can be verified, an additional inspection can take place. In addition, please know that you may be called as a witness for the City should the case go to court.
