Description
This is on Rand between Sprint and T-Mobile. Barriers that cover the storm drain have been there for many, many months and, as far as I know, there's no ongoing construction. Mud and gravel are backing up in the gutter and the result is standing water which is unattractive and also attracts mosquitoes. In addition, the EBMUD sandwich board has been abandoned.
