Description

These open bags of trash belong to 516 Ellsworth ave. They have been lying outside of the garage (Glen Rd) belonging to the house since Sunday evening. They cannot remain there in the wind and the rain. They will draw vermin and will mess up the neighborhood when the wind blows the trash around. Perhaps this belongs in Public Works. Please help us clean up our neighborhood.

The homeowner should be ashamed!!! Very Irresponsible and disrespectful. Be careful removing that debris. I noticed two loaded shotgun shells among the small toys and other items in one open bag. They are still there but I placed them out of sight so some curious kid wouldn't notice them and take them home as a toy.

Though not within the jurisdiction of Public Works, the same homeowner has a side yard piled high
with trash. He has been approached with regard to removal, but with very limited results (he had the trash moved to the back of the property!) The clutter-heap is adjacent to his garage, which faces Glen Road.

Thank you, Public Works, and Livable Cities Initiative. Things are beginning to escape from the bags. I hope it won't be too long before this homeowner's junk is picked up. If his stuff floats up and down the street, he will never pick it up. Who then will be responsible?

and I have been fighting for weeks to get a dang cart that was on the side walk with trash in it removed and still nothing! But they clear out private property??? Something wrong with that. But I am happy you guys got a quick response.
