Bluebell Park has a light out. It is located on the east side of park. Repair trucks can enter @ the top of hill or north side

I reported a light out on east side of park and I guess I would like to know if other Tulip, Sunrose, Bluebell neighbor's whose houses back up to park are interested in the park being lit up. If you access this, please let me know.
