Big group of ppl standing and smoking! What a nice way to wake up in the morning to see and hear the yelling and swearing and the smell of smoke!

If there is a way of making $$ on used cigarettes butts I'd b a millionaire by now from cleaning up their dirty disgusting cigarettes butts....

I know of better way to make $ sell and deal drugs like they do right in front of my house all day and night!

That's Illegal. I don't think collecting cigarettes Butts is illegal. But u never know!

It might be illegal but apparently to do it on my block all day and night for all eyes to see it is legal! Bc I have complained numerous times to police to 311 to our councilmen and they don't seem to be concerned! So I am not worried about legal or not bc if its done here only nothing wld happen to me!

That garbage container has still not been picked up. and that area is discusting. Mayb we should request a tree planting in that garbage area.. So They will have a nice place where to urinate on to atleast

Fantastic idea bc they r more worried about the trees! God forbid u shld touch a branch or a tree that they react to! But dealing drugs around the corner from 2 elementary schools and smoking and urinating in public and doing graffiti on fdny building that they aren't worried about!

I saw @ 12:00 an NYPD community affairs officer comeing out of that joint and then came out chasing away the groups. She was standing around for a bit and talking on the phone
