Description

Absence of lids on dumpster at Willow Street apartments is causing issues. Birds and rodents are consistently dragging trash from the dumpster into our yard. Rats are flagrantly visiting the dumpster. If this were a private residence this would be immediately cited for violating sanitation standards in the city. The current dumpster is clearly not meeting the needs of the residents. Please address this issue.
