Ugh. Totally frustrating. This seems to go in cycles. I had several packages stolen maybe six months ago. Make sure to contact your alder and the NHPD. Pretty bold to go into your backyard, too. I've found it totally unreliable whether the drivers put packages on the front porch or in the back or even inside an enclosed porch. Unfortunately most of the vendors don't seem to allow much feedback about where you'd like a package placed when you order it. What a world...

You can request with the company you are ordering from where to put the package for example, 100 Main Street Side Porch.

I did request that the company leave it on the back porch and they did leave it there. Somoene literally must have gone through my back gate, walked up past the house windows, and taken it. The box weighed 30lbs, too, so it was no small task.

You can also request that it is left at the delivery company's station but you then have to go and pick it up or have it shipped to your place of employment. You may want to contact the company and they may ship you more dog food at no charge.
