Description
The bike lane in front of the art museum is chronically blocked with illegally parked cars and taxis, creating hazards for cyclists and drivers (as cars parked there partially block the turning lane). Existing laws should be enforced and violaters should be ticketed.

Another day, another 9 illegally parked cars. (not pictured: the police SUV that left before I took the photo.)

Also tour buses. Buses should have to pull into the parking lot in the center of the Oval. Dangerous to have them there not only for bicyclists, but also for drivers and pedestrians, who have much decreased visibility if they have to cross there.
