Description

Between Kellogg Blvd. and 4th Street on Sibley, there is a hole in the street about 2 feet from a manhole. It looks like the start of a sinkhole as you can see straight down into the "room" under the manhole.
The manhole is about halfway between Kellogg and Sibley and is in the right lane of the street.
