I have inspected the property and observed the violations. Today, I spoke with the property owner who informed me the tenants vacated the property on 5/2/16. The property owner is aware of the condition that the property/home was left in and will be actively taking action to clean up both the property and the home. I will be monitoring the progress towards compliance and will issue a formal enforcement document should the violations not be corrected within a timely manner. I have observed that the property has been cleaned up. The property owner is aware of the broken window and will be addressing that as well.

Please be advised that upon further investigation and after speaking with the property owner, the window on the West side of the home is not broken. The tinting on the window has peeled off and gives the appearance that it is broken, however, it is not. All other violations have been corrected at this time.
